perfect base for exploring parks and riverside strolls

I loved how close this hotel was to the beautiful Rheinuferpromenade, perfect for relaxed riverside walks, and it was just a quick metro ride to the stunning Konigsallee lined with charming shops and cafes, making my weekend adventure super enjoyable.

Didn't like anything, except free parking.

I loved the nice parking space right under the hotel that made it super convenient for me, and the bar had a killer selection of drinks. The fitness center had some good options to unwind, and the sauna was a nice touch too. Just a heads up, the breakfast was tasty but felt a bit pricey for what it was. 🥐

I had a fantastic time with my friends here! We explored amazing spots like the local art scene and vibrant markets. The hotel is super convenient, just a short walk from transport options. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe was really nice.

One downside was the room was a bit old-fashioned and lacked some amenities like drinks in the mini-bar. It’s something I expected given the price.

Perfect location, modern amenities.

We had a pleasant stay with our dog. The breakfast was great, and we loved the nearby tram station for easy access to the city. The neighborhood had its charm, being close to local parks for walks with our furry friend.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could use improvement.

No coffee machine in the room!!! WiFi connectivity issues persisted during my stay. Keycards frequently malfunctioned, creating unnecessary hassle!!! I experienced disturbances from the loud ventilation system and occasional lack of communication from the front desk!!!

The gym was almost non-existent, yet the lobby area was spacious and modern. The room was big and clean, making for a comfy stay.

The room was really comfortable with a great bed and pillows. I opted for a shower, and it was one of the best hotel showers I've experienced. Plus, you can choose between a bath or shower, which is a nice touch. It was clean and modern, and the heating worked well. Overall, a solid room for a stress-free stay.

great service but location could be better

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive during my entire stay. I had a heater issue in my room and they resolved it quickly providing a portable heater almost immediately.

The location is not ideal for exploring on foot.

The hotel benefits from a convenient location near the U-Bahn station Oberbilker Markt, making it easy to reach from Düsseldorf Central Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the nearby park. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and efficiently assisted with my check-in and check-out processes.
